Some people don’t have to say anything; they can just give you THE LOOK. Many people have been stopped dead in their tracks by THE LOOK. It can really communicate.

After the Apostle Peter had denied Jesus the third time, Jesus looked at Peter. THE LOOK conveyed to Peter:

• Conviction, saying “You have sinned, so repent.
• Confidence, saying “I know the future, so have hope.“
• Caution, saying “I am watching, so pray.”
• Compassion, saying “I love you even when you stray, so be faithful.
• Comfort, saying “I am trustworthy even when you are not, so rely on me.”

Keep your eyes on Jesus and notice when He gives you THE LOOK.
